1. About RoadResQ
RoadResQ is a dispatch platform that connects customers with independent, verified towing operators, mechanics, workshops, and heavy transport providers. RoadResQ facilitates booking, tracking, and payment; the services themselves are performed by independent providers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Providers must additionally submit valid business, insurance, identity, and vehicle documentation before activation, and keep those documents current.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Quotes shown before confirmation reflect the information you provide; final charges may adjust if the job scope differs materially from the booking details. Cancellations after a provider has been dispatched may incur a call-out fee, which is disclosed in the app before you cancel.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely in-app. RoadResQ collects the service fee on behalf of providers and remits their share per our provider agreements. All prices shown include applicable platform fees; taxes are itemized at checkout.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting fraudulent bookings, abusing providers or staff, circumventing in-app payment, or attempting to access other users' data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Liability
Providers on the platform are required to carry insurance appropriate to their service category. RoadResQ's liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of RoadResQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
