Live GPS location is collected only while a booking is active, so that providers can reach you and you can track their arrival. You can disable location access in your device settings, though this may limit dispatch accuracy.
4. Sharing of Information
We share booking details (name, location, vehicle information, and contact number) with the provider assigned to your job. We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with payment processors, identity-verification services, and legal authorities where required by law.

We protect your data using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
